There are so many Shizurus! The ones from the Mai Hime universe, the one from the Mai Otome (Mai Zhime) universe.
Then the ones from the Manga are different from the Anime! Let alone the different stories and characteristics of those Shizurus according to the universe or the material.

So let’s sum up everything visually speaking.

I won’t talk about the differences between the story lines in the Manga version and the Anime version, because just knowing that Shizuru wasn’t a Hime in the Mai Hime Manga version and that Natsuki’s key wasn’t Shizuru but Tate just creeps me out.

I don’t really like the manga versions, there is a lot of stupid fanservice and the plots are so kinky and weird!

So basically, there is Shizuru Fujino in the Mai Hime Manga universe, and Shizuru Viola in the Mai Otome universe:

There is the Shizuru Viola of the Mai Otome Manga version, which is a kind of spin off of the Mai Hime Manga but with pretty much the same characters than in Mai Hime, but set in different time and context with different roles and characteristics.
