Google map is great to mark up the places you’ve been to in order to keep track of it.

Unfortunately, it didn’t exist a decade ago, and my memory doesn’t go up that far (yes it’s pretty limited), so I probably forgot some places I’ve been to as well as the year I’ve been there.
