Have a look at that RUDE tv host… The matter he is discussing in his show is quite serious, however he cannot help laughing…

You are probably wondering why I’m mentioning that video… Well, it’s because I went through that kind of situation myself.

I had to hire some people and after a whole day of interviews I was starting to feel very tired.

And when I am tired, I kind of laugh nervously.

At 7pm I did receive a funny guy, for a project manager position, and the guy was unfortunately kind of goofy and was so stressed that he kept on speaking without taking time to breathe.
And when he took time to breathe, it was in a very dramatic way.

So at first I was very serious, but then started to hide behind his resume, and finally couldn’t hold the laughter anymore.

So just like the TV host, I started to apologize… But the guy was a bit shocked by my action,just like the guests in the show… Especially since we’re in Hong Kong, people are quite the serious type.

After calming down,the guy went on blablabling… Unfortunately I couldn’t stop myself from laughing, so I totally let it go, and ran out… My boss from another branch had to take the interview for me…

Hmmm, I’m not proud of it to be honest, because I don’t like to hurt people. But well I have to say it was really great to laugh that hard… I had to bite my pen when I got out of the room to prevent me from laughing out loud.
