There are lots of Japanese things here in HK. Due to the proximity of the two countries I guess.

Here is Frehness Burger, a Japanese fastfood since 1992 that claims to serve Fresh and organic food. Everything is Organic, from the meat (Australian) to the coffee!

Freshness Burger spread through Japan, then to Korea and finally to HK.

I ate there once, but since I’m vegetarian, I didn’t try the Japanese style burgers.

It is a bit more expensive than a visit at the McDonald’s but at least you know you are chewing quality food.
