Happy New Year From HK

Today we didn’t do anything special. Just had a typical Hong Kongese hot pot with friends and went out to shout out our joy.

Well it was a tough day for me as I cried several times that day. But it’s ok.

Hong Kong people are rather quiet, I didn’t believe my cousin when she told me it was midnight because nobody screamed or kissed each other. It was only us, the French people, making a fuss out of it, with our happy hats and bottle of champagne.

I went clubbing for the first time in HK not so long ago… I haven’t done that in years… And felt kind of rusty.
But my friend kinda made me feel a bit younger. Many guys offered us cigarettes and bought us drinks (which I kindly refused) but fortunately we knew the French Djs so we had free drinks and could talk with other people at the VIP stage.

We met a model and some other interesting guys (pilote, architect, photographer…) but they instantly gave up on me as soon as I mentioned my bf. Argh… It’s so useless to go clubbing when we’re not single.

Anyway, all I’m interested is a kawaii Shizuru …
My new year resolution is never giving up looking for one…
