My morning wasn’t one of the most exiting yesterday. I had to attend an investor meeting and I’m not a financial person so I was glad to be able to escape from time to time to go and print documents.

I was not so happy when we concluded the meeting by arranging a dinner with one of the investor…

But the evening turned out to be quite entertaining as our guest did bring a friend. And I was all the more pleasantly surprised that his friend was a charming lady around my age and I was even more charmed when she told us she was half Japanese and often goes back to Tokyo to visit family.

So in the end I enjoyed the dinner and hope she’ll send me some shopping tips for my next trip to Tokyo in June.

PS:
I went to LES HALLES; French restaurant; very good!!! I missed the honey roasted camembert!
TAO was excellent; it’s really refined sushis. Try the Tuna ishiyaki!!!
BIRDLAND, it is a famous jazz bar. I did have traditional Bayou food.
HOGGS AND HEIFFER, I did have my traditional Screw Driver there.
I went to an Italian restaurant as well but totally forgot the name!!!
