Easter holidays!!!
I’m spending it in Ho Chi Minh city. It’s really hot here compared to HK! Even though it’s 10pm in the evening.

It’s late so I’ll start my girl study later on tomorrow morning!

PS: I went to Au Manoir du Khai, very good French gourmet restaurant. Super chic, very good.
But the best was a very traditional Vietnamese restaurant; Quan An Ngon, totally packed, nice deco, excellent food. Totally loved it.
Marina is a very good seafood restaurant as well.

What I recommend you try is the typical coffee, especially the ice milk coffee and anything including rice paper!

Although I am a vegetarian I could enjoy a lot of variety of traditional food as seafood is highly used in Vietnamese cuisine.
