Hello from Cap Saint Jacques

it’s the week end so we decided to get away from Saigon.
I am now at the beach of Cap St Jacques. I m not a beach or sun person but from time to time it’s ok.
Well I’m in my secured shadowed spot, with my iphone and what’s great about Vietnam is that there is always a wifi connection!! And most of the time unsecured.
So here I am, not enjoying the ocean nor the sun, writing a post instead.
I didn’t see any cute girls around. Dark complexion is not my fave type.
I’m at the beach and the weird thing is that the girls really cover themselves up. I didn’t see any sexy bikini and most of the time they have tank tops on or even a t shirt.
Funny thing is that when I started to take a photo to illustrate my point those girls started to hold hands.
I can’t say anything since I’m all dressed up as well.
But it’s such a contrast with the girls in Taipei wearing not much in the city although it was only 22 degrees and the girls in Vietnam covering every inch of their body under the hot burning 34 degree sun.
We did stop in a hotspring on our way to Cap St Jacques, and I surprised myself yielding for the jacuzzi and even the swimming pool.
Here the water is really hot, between 50 and 60 degrees. Don’t I look scary with my pink umbrella?
People even boil eggs in this thermal hot water. It took us 20 mn to boil ours though…
The place was full of Russian people but no cute Japs umfortunately.
But at least I could watch NNK tv at the hotel and had my dose of Japanese oddities before falling into sleep.
