Back to HK with a fever

I came back from Beijing-Xiamen yesterday night… and it wasn’t without pain.
First I had to deal with all the flight delays… which are very common for domestic flights… and then I had to deal with the sickness I caught from the Beijing polluted weather.
Beijing is one, or maybe the most polluted city in this poor planet. You can barely see the sun shining everyday as it is hidden behing a veil of fog.
And was if it wasn’t enough, the strong wind brings dust straight from Mongolia… And those two things combinated with the heat put me in a very bad state.
In the end, I was caught at the Xiamen airport with a high temperature fever… But I managed to convince them I was just hot after running with my scarf around my neck…
They released me but when I finally arrived in HK… My fever got worse and of course I got caught again… And had to pass the inspection with a doctor…
Anyway… No avian flu haha… Just a cold…
I did have some fun though in Beijing, meeting with a classmate… Enjoying live bands… And having a bit of my girls study.
Girls in Beijing are all dressed the same way… Not highly fashionable… just trousers and t shirt… all coming from the nearest market. But you could find those sophisticated HK like girls in some trendy areas like the Hou Hai lake and its live band restaurant bars. And girls over there are not really shy and really gaze at you which is rather unexpected.
I think that girls from the provinces are also very direct and stare at you without any embarassment… And they even look down when you stare back… I noticed that in Beijing and Xiamen.
