I’ve been brought up in an Asian family and of course it was not rare to be fed with a daily bowl of rice (that’s not just a cliche)
But oddly, I really never really got the hang of it… And usually, when available, I would treat myself with a nice pair of knife and fork when I go to the Chinese restaurant (which does not often happen since I’m not a big fan of Chinese food).

So here is the perfect appendix for Westerners like me that would transform your chopsticks into a fork.
