All of you know how Japanese TV shows can be eccentric and twisted and that’s maybe why it makes some of them are really appealing and hilarious.

I just fell in love with Hard Gay, he is so funny, you will see it by yourself in the videos below. He portrays a Gay character appearing in the “Bakushō Mondai no Bakuten” show, a Saturday variety show on TBS.

Razor Ramon Hard Gay, but most commonly know just as Hard Gay, is the performing name of Masaki Sumitani, a Japanese comedian and professional wrestler (he retired).
The Hard Gay character made its appearance in 2002 but really gained popularity in 2005.

Dressed in a tight black leather gay fetish outfit, Hard Gay goes around performing acts of charity or “social improvement”. Well he’s rather scaring off the Japanese population with his suggestive hip thrusts, dance move and trademark shouts or catch phrases like “hooo” and “sei sei sei”.
I personnally love it when he swirls around toward a crowd of suprised bystanders!!

He emphasizes every bit of gay clichés but the result is so hilarious you cannot bear him a grudge.

Hard Gay is not really gay for you to know, he married model Anna Suzuki end of 2006. (Sorry guys)

In this video below, he’s helping a Ramen shop to get more customers… Will he succeed without scaring off the whole neighborhood?

In this second video, Hard Gay will invite himself at the Japanese Yahoo! Headquarters, claiming the right to be part of a Yahoo! commercial. He’s really hilarious in this video, wait for the scene in the massage room… You’ll laugh your ass off!

And there is more videos like that! Some nice ones are the one where he cooks with Kids, Fathers’ day or when he sneaks into the TOMY headquarters or when he breaks in a photoshoot to be on the cover of a magazine!

The Hard Gay character is becoming so popular that a manga will be devoted to him. Starting 19 June 2007, the Comic Yoshimoto will have a great share of Hard Gay.
