Have you ever felt in your head some chaotic mess of feelings mixing violence, hatred, desperation, hope, love, all at once?
(Probably not all at once but one after another in a very short time)
But oddly
You only displayed a calm peaceful face instead of showing those conflicting emotions
Or even instead of acting on the most tempting ones (Violence, Angst)?

Two extremes…
But still within the same person
We humans
Are complicated

Only the heart can’t be misled.
