Here I am again, rambling again about how great Yuki Kajiura is. And hopefully I can always prove it with my selection of my favourite track from her “Erementar Gerad React Re-No 01 Sound Side” Soundtrack.

This is some old work dated 2005, my next post will be the second “El Cazador de la Bruja” soundtrack (freshly released 2007). So stay tuned.

I have already made a post regarding the “Erementar Gerad” soundtrack 1 here, so I won’t put some songs twice.

I made a larger selection this time, simply because it’s better.

The style is various, but here you will find a large selection of piano tracks since Yuki excels on it.

1. Everlasting song - Piano edition: Main theme, piano version. Beautiful. Well, it doesn’t make me feel good to be honest, it makes me feel sad.

2. Kesenai Kotoba: very sad track, melancholic piano and violin.

3. Boku wa Akiramenai: Same quiet piano atmosphere.

4. Kimi wo Mamoru…: Another sad Piano+Violin combo. Heartbreaking.

5. Dare mo Inai Sekai: I love this melody, the piano is once again very sad and melancholic but with a hint of happiness. It’s one of my favorite track here, I love the violin solo after the intro with the piano solo.

6. Kurushimi no Naka Kara: The intro sounds magical.

7. Shitsubou: The main theme again, with different instruments, flute and strings.

8. Suna no Utsuwa: Pan flute. It reminds of El Cazador de la Bruja. Well it should be the other way around.

9. Akaneiro no Sora: Main theme in guitar, very simple.

10. Shuugeki: Wild electric guitar mixed with a wild violin. Interesting but short duet.

11. Sentou no he Ginen: Dark oriental atmosphere.

12. Keishou: Oriental alarming atmosphere. I love the melody, it’s really well-done.

13. Shinkuu no Hamon: Scary atmosphere… I love how it ends.

14. Hendou no Yokan: Dark and scary atmosphere again.

15. Kagerou: Traditional Japanese style. Also one of my favorite. I have a weakness for traditional music.

16. Aogi no Uta: The only track with lyrics in this playlist. I kept it for the end. Yuki’s imaginary language. Mesmerizing track.
